The story

In 2013, the Swiss private foundation Emfodo ( Empathy for Dogs) started its activity in Cluj, with two surgical units, a medical and administrative team of nineteen people and an investment that exceeded one million euros.

In less than two years, in 8 localities in Cluj County, more than 6,000 animals were neutered and treated free of charge, most of them owner dogs, but also community animals, dogs and cats.
