What do I have to do?
Very little. Contact your company's accountant, he calculates the amount you can sponsor us without costing you anything. Sponsorship is not a tax deductible expense (it does not help lower the profit figure for a lower tax), but it is a "tax credit", ie it reduces the payment tax with the amount of sponsorship. If the company's accountant is not familiar with the subject of sponsorships, he will find below all the details and documents required.
Then all you have to do is download our standard sponsorship contract below,
to fill it out and let us know at hello@tac.social . We will contact you to determine together how each of us gets an original copy of the contract
signed and how you want to make your sponsorship known.
Tax
The amount with which you sponsor us is deducted from the profit tax, up to 20% of it or not more than 7.5 ‰ (per thousand) of the turnover. The difference of 80% is usually transferred to the budget. The amount you sponsor us can be deducted from the tax once a quarter or once a year.
Income tax
The amount you sponsor us is deducted from the amount of income tax, up to 20% of the tax due for the quarter in which you recorded the expenses. The difference of 80% is usually transferred to the budget. The amount of sponsorship can be deducted from the tax only quarterly, not annually, as in the case of corporate tax.
PFA
The amount you sponsor us is deducted from your net income, up to 5% of it. When calculating net income, you must keep in mind that it is the difference between gross income and deductible expenses, other than sponsorship and not including it.
